1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Return requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that certain products such as innerwear, customized products, or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.

Kindly provide:

  • Order Number
  • Product Details
  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Images (if product is damaged or incorrect)

3. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may apply for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be covered by 92 Zone.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Bank/payment gateway processing may take additional time

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers can request exchanges for size or color variations wherever applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Products

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products
